Yakushima is an island located off the south-east coast of Japan. It is officially recognized by UNESCO and the World Heritage List since 1993. Yakushima is an incredible tourist destination, even called the magic island, because more than seventy-five percent of the place was covered with thick forest and mountains. Mountain peaks covered with snow all winter and sub-tropical climate in the coastal areas. These mountains receive heavy rainfall, making Yakushima soggier climate than other parts of Japan. This word means herbologists Medicine Yakushima Island and around the world have been growing local plants to various drugs for a long time. By Josh Shulman
